3. Pain is something positive.
Yes, it is true that this is easier said than done, however, if you are able to manage pain and think of it positively, you won’t have any problems focusing on your goal. Associate pain with a positive though so that it won’t be able to bother you very much. Having a positive mind is the key to managing pain.
4. Keep your goal in mind.
Being strong mentally is a prerequisite for marathon runners. When you are running and suddenly you feel pain, keep telling your mind that it will eventually pay off once you cross the finish line.
